Breastfeeds should generally be unrestricted as this is the key to establishing a milk supply. There's no limit to the number of feeds a baby has each day. Babies have different feeding needs, some will feed 2-hourly, others 3-4 hourly. Eventually feeds will be 5-6 times a day.
A baby usually can't overfeed on breast milk, but you should consult a healthcare professional if you're unsure.
