There are plenty of healthy foods to enjoy while you're pregnant. The following are good sources of iron, folate, calcium and iodine:
- bread, cereals, pasta (wholemeal if possible), rice and noodles
- fruit, vegetables and legumes
- yoghurt, milk, hard cheese (all low fat if possible)
- poultry, fish, lean meat, cooked eggs and nuts
